Come and learn how to identify different edible seaweeds, and what to do with them! Join Rees Campbell (author of ‘Eat Wild Tasmanian’) for this exciting workshop, including a cooking demonstration and tastings.
Rees will guide us on a walk along the beach, identifying various seaweeds, before taking us into the kitchen at The Watershed to talk through different methods of preparation and cooking.
This workshop will take place partly outside, so we encourage you to wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
