Imagining lutruwita’s Deep Time, a journey through science, art and song.
Join us on a spectacular journey through lutruwita’s deep time: from our island’s birth, over a billon years ago, to the mountain-crushing ice age that brought the arrival of the palawa people.
This event will tell lutruwita’s geological story through story-telling, music and live performance art.
Featuring musicians Emily Sheppard, Yyan Ng and Georgia Shine, together with scientist and storyteller Penelope Jones and visual artist Amy Jackett.
This performance will take place at The Watershed, Wynyard on September 3rd at 7pm. It is also touring to Queenstown, Launceston and Lilydale.
