Mondays: 5.30pm – 7.00pm
Darren Simpson is a master papermaker who has been honing his skills in the traditional practices of handmade paper since 1996, making high quality paper that is sought after around the world.
After a highly successful first season, Darren’s workshops continue through Spring with a series of three diverse courses exploring different methods of papermaking, integrating natural and found materials, and getting creative with 3D formations and sculpture.
Playing with 3D forms
31st October,14th,21st,28th November (No class Monday 7th of November)
In this course we will explore the 3D possibilities of paper –exploring sculpture, weaving, bookbinding and more.
We encourage you to book in for the full course, however a limited number of drop in spots are available each week.
Full course fee $50 (this fee covers the cost of materials)
Drop in fee $15 per class
