Rees is back by popular demand -demonstrating how to identify the different edible seaweeds we have along our abundant coastline!
Join Rees Campbell (author of ‘Eat Wild Tasmanian’) for this exciting workshop, including a cooking demonstration and tastings.
Rees will guide us on a walk along the beach, identifying various seaweeds, before taking us into the kitchen at The Watershed to demonstrate different methods of preparation and cooking, and tangible knowledge to use at home.
This workshop will take place partly outside, so we encourage you to wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
*A limited number of free tickets are available for children under 10yrs.
