We’re thrilled to announce the next chapter in our Watershed Supper Series in collaboration with Chef Isabel Sykes.
This season, join us at Watershed to celebrate local food and community. Our special event series showcases high-quality, nutritious, and sustainably sourced ingredients, while promoting conversations around community, building a culture of care, and celebrating local producers. Each event fosters strong connections through place-based sharing.
Chef Isabel Sykes, will be crafting a menu with produce from Seabrook Valley Farm
Seabrook Valley is a small family run farm set amongst the rolling hills of Elliott. With rich basalt soils we are growing spray free, nutrient dense food to share with our family and community.
Joining us for conversations is Bec Rumble from Lone Goose Farm. Bec will be talking about Lone Goose Farms progression to today – the wins and the set backs – and the ethics driving their business choices.
Lone Goose Farm is owned by Bec and her husband Paul in Birralee. They believe a love of food, a desire to treat animals humanely, and a need to help the environment demands better farming practices. Always having a desire to farm, and after discovering how most poultry was grown in Australia, they left their corporate careers on ‘the north island’ and set about establishing a pasture-raised Muscovy duck business. Now in its fourth year of operation, Lone Goose Farm is providing Tasmania’s top restaurants with ethically raised, slow grown, seasonal produce.
