The Watershed Traineeship links young people with mentors across different creative industries.
The program is for ages 14-20, with an aim to help build skills and experience that will help find meaningful work in the future;
Ahead of the dining experience at the Watershed we will be workshopping skills in front of house, ticketing, hospitality and building conversational skills.
