Watershed Training Program – Gig Prep & Menu Design
The Watershed Traineeship links young people with mentors across different creative industries.
The program is for ages 14-20, with an aim to help build skills and experience that will help find meaningful work in the future;
In this week’s session we will allocate roles and expand on ideas for the upcoming gig – Little Pine.
We will also be talking about menu design for the upcoming Watershed Supper Series – Sustainable Seafood, getting creative using Pro-create & hand drawing inspired by Tasmanian seafood & bespoke dining.
Your illustrations will be sent to our Graphic Designer Monica Higgins and transformed into a keepsake menu.
