Watershed Youth – Sound Production Workshop / School Holidays

Join our after school program, gain new skills and build job-ready experience 

This week join us in the School holidays for a Sound Production Workshop with Stewart Holmes

In this workshop, young people aged 14-20 will have an opportunity to learn from local sound production expert Stewart Holmes owner of Dynamic Production. Participants will learn sound mixing skills using a large multichannel desk and will get the chance to practice mixing a band. This is a great workshop for aspiring sound engineers and music producers to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop their skills in sound production techniques. The Watershed Traineeship links young people with mentors across industries and forms a peer-to-peer community of practice with experienced alumni from other Big hART programs.

The trainee program is for ages 14-20, with an aim to help build skills and experience that will help find meaningful work in the future. The Program has 3 main components; a weekly catch up to help track progression and self assess what skills you want to learn, Skill Workshops and Work Experience opportunities.
